Uttar Pradesh UP Bhagya Laxmi Yojana 2025

The Uttar Pradesh government has issued notifications for UP Bhagya Laxmi Yojana 2025, the objective of this scheme is to encourage families living below the poverty line to promote the birth of girls.
The objective of this scheme is to provide assistance by the Uttar Pradesh government in everything from the birth of daughters to their studies and from studies to marriage.
Not only this, the government also aims to provide financial assistance to the daughter’s family, so that the family does not consider daughters as a burden and raises and educates them well.
Under Bhagya Laxmi Yojana, the Uttar Pradesh government gives a bond of Rs. 51000/- at the time of birth of the daughter. When the daughter turns 21, the value of this bond becomes around Rs. 2 Lakh.
This amount of Bhagya Laxmi Yojana comes directly to their bank account.

Age Limit:

The daughter should be born after 31 March 2006 in a family living below the poverty line (having a BPL card).
The registration of a daughter born at home under Bhagya Laxmi Yojana should be done within one year.

Eligibility Criteria:

Only Uttar Pradesh Domicile are Eligible
The daughter should have studied at least up to Class 8th
The daughter should not be married before the age of 18 years.
Income – The annual income of the family should be within 2 lakhs.
If the girl comes in different classes then the following assistance amount will be given by the government
Class: 6th : Rs. 3000/- | Class 8th : Rs. 5000/- | Class 10th: Rs. 7000/- | Class 12th: Rs. 8000/-
