AIIMS Delhi is currently seeking applications from eligible candidates for various Group A, B, and C vacancies. The recruitment process will be conducted in multiple stages, including a written exam and interview.

Group A Positions:

- Superintending Engineer (Electrical)

- Assistant Engineer (Electrical)
- Assistant Engineer (Civil)
- Assistant Controller of Examinations
- Medical Physicist
Group B Positions:
The following Group B positions are open for recruitment:
- Junior Engineer (Civil)
- Junior Engineer (Electrical)
- Assistant Administrative Officer
- Medical Social Service Officer
- Junior Hindi Translator
Group C Positions:
The following Group C positions are open for recruitment:
- Technician (Radiotherapy)
- Personal Assistant
- Stenographer
- Lower Division Clerk
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the above-mentioned positions, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
- Age Limit: Candidates should be between 18 and 40 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
- Educational Qualification: Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field from a recognized university or institute. Additionally, candidates must possess the requisite work experience as mentioned in the official notification.
- Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens.
Application Process:
Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can apply for the positions through the official website of AIIMS Delhi. The application fee for General/OBC candidates is Rs. 1500/-, and for SC/ST candidates, it is Rs. 1200/-.

Selection Process:
The selection process for the Group A, B, and C positions at AIIMS Delhi will consist of a written exam and an interview. Candidates who qualify for the written exam will be called for an interview.
